Game 4 was the second straight game in Mooretown that went into overtime. However, Belle River did not come out on top in this game. The Canadiens lost 4-3. The Canadiens were down 2 goals early in the first but fought their way back and eventually were leading 3-2 to start the third period. But the Flags tied the game early in the third on a powerplay. The game stayed tied until 1:26 into the overtime period, when Mooretown ended the game.
The Canadiens struggled on the powerplay again at the Mooretwon arena going 0-3. The Canadiens are 0-6 on the road and 5-14 at home. Game 5 is tonight in Belle River at 8:00pm. The Canadiens are looking to move on to the Great Lakes Finals for the third straight year, and with a win tonight they would face either Essex or Dresden, whose series is tied 2-2.
